Coach Jamie’s mission is to map athlete’s dreams into a training plan. It starts with the most in depth movement assessment, with different sport specifics for each athlete. Followed by delivering world class service, experience, data, and principles. Whether it be one off-season or four years, each player will gain lean body mass and a high level of physical strength. Become an injury resilient athlete. Develop athleticism thru footwork, agility and sport specific movements, to be the most athletic player on the field. Development of a mental edge that creates confidence during competition, all individualized for each athlete. 

Learned from years of coaching, at multiple levels, that has truly helped him understand todays young athletes. Most recently learning with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Duke Basketball program and some of the best minds in the sports performance industry. As well as, having worked at the University of Wisconsin and Rockford Lutheran as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Delivering comprehensive , evidenced based programs in an environment that drove performance.
 
His dynamic training system aims to reduce risk of injury and prepare each athlete physically for their chosen sport. He wants athletes to develop a growth mindset that will set them on a journey of enjoying the training process. As well as gaining true confidence to compete and self esteem to be a well rounded student athlete.

For Sports Performance Sessions at Peak (PSX 4401 Peak Dr, Loves Park, IL 61111)

Private sesssions, Small group options 1-4 and Large group options 7-15

These sessions are currently on:

⚡️Tuesday (Linear Speed & Upper Body Strength/Power).

Wednesday 🧃 (Change of Direction/Agility/Game Speed & Lateral Power).

💥Thursdays (Lower Body Strength & Vertical Jump Training) ALL sessions are at 630-730 pm.

Private Sessions and Speed Profiling Testing  (includes Speed Lab National Ranking. As well as, Top MPH & 40 Time, Agility Testing, Load Velocity Profiling, Vertical, and Reactive Strength Index), are on Saturdays in 45 minute blocks starting at 1230-115, 130-215,  230-315, 330-415. The sessions are $40 per hour, with a Speed Lab Profile and remote training plan!
